In a rainy wet match, the Panthers kept it 0-0 in the first half until Oglethorpe scored three unanswered goals in the second to win 3-0.

Each team fought for their chances to get a goal but nothing would get past the two goalkeepers. Andrew Cole had an amazing five saves in the first half. The Panther defense also did a fantastic job blocking shots before they got to the keeper. The key play of the half was a fantastic jumping save by Cole in the 10th minute. He had to leave the game in the 44th minute with an injury and was replaced by Douglas Halsema. The game was tied 0-0 at halftime.

In the 52nd minute, JR Cozine found Adrian Levy in front of the net to put Stormy Petrels up 1-0. Oglethorpe's Felipe Ferreira got a pass from Adrian Levy to put them up 2-0 in the 68th minute. A minute later, Adrian Levy finds the net himself to put them up 3-0. The second half score did not reflect how well Douglas Halsema filled in at goal. During his time on the field, he saved an impressive 7 goals.
