The Panthers soared past the Owls of Warren Wilson

A high scoring second half pushes the Panthers past Warren Wilson 4-0 (Sept. 30). 

It was a slow first half for the Panthers as both teams remained scoreless until Kaia King hit Briana Suarez for her to put the Panthers up 1-0 in the 34rd minute. This was the lone goal in the half.

In the 55th minute, Kaia King hit a goal of her own to bring the Panthers lead to 2-0. Less than two minutes later, Lauren Williamson scored a low left goal on the Owls to widen the LC lead. The Panthers were not done yet, in the 86th minute, Charlee Hunt hit a high right shot to put the Panthers up 4-0.

The final score was 4 Panthers 0 Warren Wilson. 

The team comes back home to play at Panther field against Piedmont on Oct. 3, at 5 p.m.
