LAURINGBURG, N.C.- LaGrange opened its 2022 beach volleyball season with three matches played at St. Andrews University on Friday and Saturday.
The Panthers lost 4-1 to host St. Andrews and 5-0 to both Tusculum and Lincoln Memorial. Jharia Harris and Bailey Moss at #1 rallied to win their match against St. Andrews. The duo lost the first set 21-14, then tied the match with a 21-12 second set win. They took the deciding third set 15-9. Harris and Moss lost a hard fought three-set match against Lincoln Memorial by scores of 17-21, 22-20, 12-15.
