LAGRANGE, Ga. – No. 2/3 LaGrange (5-2, 0-0 CCS) baseball is right back in action as they host Adrian (1-1, 0-0 MIAA) in non-conference action on Tuesday, February 28 at the friendly confines of Cleaveland Field in Williamson Stadium. First pitch is set for 6 p.m.
LC comes into the game having take the series from Rose-Hulman (2/25-26) by scores of 20-3 and 14-2 before dropping a 6-3 decision in the finale. Adrian comes in having split their first two games, knocking off Webster by a 9-4 score on February 25 and falling to Spalding 10-2 a day later.
SERIES HISTORY
The teams haven't met often or recently as LaGrange holds a 2-0 advantage in the all-time series. The first of those was a narrow 8-7 decision in 2003 followed by a 7-5 victory in 2004. Both were played in Georgia.
