2023 Beach Volleyball Schedule

LAGRANGE, Ga. – Entering their third full season and fourth overall, LaGrange beach volleyball has announced a 16-match slate that includes the reigning Division III national champion, runner-up and third place finisher among eight opponents during the 2023 campaign.
The Panthers will open the season at home with three matches at the Strack Beach Volleyball Courts as they host Truett-McConnell (5-25, 3-11 SUN) and Carson-Newman (15-14) on Friday, February 3. C-NU, who LaGrange will face again the following day, finished the 2022 campaign fifth at the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA) Small College National Championships.
LC will then make the return trip to Cleveland, Georgia for the TMU Tournament from February 10-11. They will open against Carson-Newman and Huntingdon (10-23) on Day 1 before taking on St. Andrews (9-19-1, 4-5 SUN) and the host Bears on the final day of the tournament.
Following a nearly two-week break, the Panthers will face a familiar foe in Huntingdon and a completely new one in first-year program Lynchburg. They will face each program from February 24-25 when they return home before head to Montgomery, Alabama to face HC for a fourth time, this time on March 8.
A regular season ending trip to Rome, Georgia will feature four very different opponents, beginning with defending Division III AVCA National Champion Stevenson (19-9) on March 24. They will also face Lynchburg again that same day before taking on national runner-up Hendrix (18-9) and host and fourth place finisher Berry on March 25.
