MARION, Ala. - Freshman Katie Harrison's goal in overtime lifted LaGrange to a 3-2 win over Judson in the Panthers' season opener Friday.
Judson led 2-0 at halftime. The Panthers' first goal of the match and the season came from junior Trayton Carson-Tanner on a shot from 45 yards out to cut the Eagles' lead in half.
Freshman Hanna Bright scored her first collegiate goal off an assist from Tara Harrison to send the game into overtime.
Harrison scored her golden goal in the 98th minute with an assist from fellow freshman Katelyn Marsala.
The Panthers play at Oglethorpe on Thursday, Sept. 5.
