Head football coach Todd Mooney announced the team players of the week for the Millsaps game.
Players of the week were: Offense-Andrecus Lindley; Defense-Chris Prewett, Specialty Teams-Andre Carter, Scout Offense-Jonathon Benn and Scout Defense-Corneilus Harper for the second straight week.
Lindley, a senior running back, had a team-high 86 yards and two touchdowns. Lindley's first touchdown tied the game in regulation and his second was the game-winner in overtime.
Prewett, a junior linebacker, had two interceptions, a pass break up and three total tackles. He returned one of the interceptions 37 yards for the Panthers' first touchdown in the game.
