The LaGrange College women's soccer team kicked off its 2021 season on Aug. 27 with an exhibition game against NAIA member Webber International University at Panther Field.
The Panthers begin regular season play on Sunday with a 5 p.m. start at Oglethorpe in Atlanta. LC opens its conference schedule on Saturday, Sept. 25, as the Panthers host Covenant at 2 p.m.

LaGrange is set to play 12 record-counting games, with eight going toward its USA South record. The program plays five regular season home games and will host senior day festivities on Wednesday, Oct. 20, prior to a 7 p.m. exhibition game against Emory Oxford.
The Panthers have a new voice leading their program in Head Coach Kennet Fosuhene. The unit has 18 returning student-athletes and welcomes six newcomers to its family. You can learn about Fosuhene and the 24 players below.
Fosuhene comes from Niagara County Community College in Sanborn, New York, where he spent two seasons as the head men's and women's soccer coach.
Previously, he served as the head men's soccer coach at Riverland Community College in Austin, Minnesota, during the 2018 season. The Blue Devils finished with an 8-6-1 record and achieved their first winning season in eight years. Fosuhene coached two All-Region players; one recorded a program-record six shutouts and the other led the Minnesota College Athletic Conference in assists.
0 Maurie White:
White compiled a career-high 12 saves and only allowed one goal against Huntingdon at Panther Field on March 10. During a 4-0 win against visiting Talladega on Sept. 18, 2019, she earned her first collegiate individual shutout.
1 Leila Moss:
During her rookie season in spring 2021, Moss led the team in goals-against average (1.70), save percentage (.763), wins (2), individual shutouts (1) and minutes (477:31). She earned her first collegiate win and shutout during a 4-0 triumph over visiting Agnes Scott on March 16.
2 Leia Avery:
Avery saw the field in all eight games and started six contests during her rookie season in spring 2021. She made her collegiate debut during a 3-1 victory over Berea at Callaway Stadium on Feb. 13.
The Jackson, Georgia, native recorded her first collegiate point on an assist during a 4-0 win over Judson on Oct. 22, 2019, at Panther Field. She appeared in 13 games off the bench during the last two seasons.
4 Taylor Hamm:
Hamm has scored three goals and tallied two assists during her Panther career. She buried her first collegiate game-winning goal directly off a corner kick during a 3-1 season-opening victory over Berea at Callaway Stadium on Feb. 13. The Ocala, Florida, native scored her first career goal during a 4-0 win over Judson at Panther Field on Oct. 22, 2019.
The Hogansville, Georgia, native played soccer at LaGrange High School. She will be studying business management after earning the Academic Achievement award all four years in high school.

Longmoore posted her first collegiate goal during a two-goal performance in a 5-0 season-ending win over Wesleyan at Panther Field on April 5. The Kissimmee, Florida, native made her collegiate debut during a 3-1 season-opening win over visiting Berea on Feb. 13.
The Winston, Georgia, native played high school soccer at Alexander. She will be a defender for the Panthers and her major is nursing.
Dailey represented the Panthers on the USA South All-Sportsmanship team in 2018 and 2019. Furthermore, she has earned the conference's Player and Rookie of the Week accolades.
The Cumming, Georgia, native made a tremendous first impression as a rookie in spring 2021. The highly skilled midfielder started all eight games and did a tremendous job transitioning the team from defense to offense.
Middleton has appeared in 34 games and made nine starts during her three-year Panther career. The senior forward's major is early childhood education.
12 Breanna Gay:
The LaGrange native has appeared in 22 games off the bench during her first two years sporting the Red and Black. Gay fired two shots on goal during a 4-0 triumph over Agnes Scott at Panther Field on March 16.

13 Riley Hammett:
Hammett was named to the USA South All-Sportsmanship team in spring 2021. During her first three years in a Panther uniform, she appeared in 37 games and made 33 starts.
14 Hannah Ross:
Ross is entering her first year with the Panthers after transferring from West Georgia Technical College, where she was on the President's List and a member of the National Honor Society and Spanish National Honor Society.
15 Marisa Acevedo:
The LaGrange native is looking to make an immediate impact as a defender. Acevedo attended Callaway High School and her major is exercise science.
17 Sydney Saul:
Saul made her collegiate debut in a starting role and tallied her first shot on goal during a 3-1 season-opening victory over Berea at Callaway Stadium on Feb. 13. She appeared in six games and made three starts during her rookie season.
18 Erica Bower:
Bower is studying biology and is looking to make a considerable impact as a forward during her sophomore season. She played soccer at Tucker High School.
19 Jordan Alexis:
Alexis was a defensive standout on a Panther team that recorded six shutouts during the 2019 season. The Fernandina Beach, Florida, native has made 25 starts during her two-year career and her major is exercise science.
20 Briana Suarez:
Suarez played high school soccer at Cambridge Christian School. The Tampa, Florida, native will suit up as a midfielder for the Panthers and her major is exercise science.

21 Abby Miranda:
Miranda has been a source of consistency in her first two years in Panther attire, starting all 27 games. During the spring 2021 season, she was a crucial component for a team that held 6-of-8 opponents to two or less goals.
During her first two years with the Panthers, Shanahan appeared in 21 games and made 18 starts. She scored her first collegiate goal, which stood up as the game-winner, in a 2-0 win at Toccoa Falls on Sept. 3, 2019. The Marietta, Georgia, native recorded her first assist on the game-winning tally during a 2-1 victory over Berea on Oct. 12, 2019, at Panther Field.
23 Breanna Wright:
Wright comes from Eagle's Landing High School in McDonough, Georgia. During the 2018 season, the Fayetteville, Georgia, native won a Georgia Soccer Division 2 state championship and was named to the All-Region 4-AAAAA Girls' Soccer second team.
24 Rian May:
The Kennesaw, Georgia, native attended Kennesaw Mountain High School and enters her second season with LC. She is a goalkeeper and defender, while her major is biology.
She scored a hat trick, including her first collegiate goal and first career game-winner, during a 4-0 triumph over Agnes Scott at Panther Field on March 16. Demkowski buried two goals, including the game-winner, in a 5-0 season-ending win over visiting Wesleyan on April 5.
