LaGrange men's lacrosse had two players named to the USA South All-Conference team as announced by the conference office Wednesday.
Junior goalie Isaac Bohrer and fellow junior midfielder Ben Bryan were both selected for the second team. Senior Brennan Oates represented the team on the All-Sportsmanship team.
"Ben and Isaac were two guys in our inaugural recruiting class that we knew had All-Conference potential and it's exciting to see them be rewarded for their hard work and commitment to making themselves and their teammates better," said Coach Brandon Sewell. "Ben was a do it all midfielder for us and we relied on him on both ends of the field all season long. Every game we play, Isaac, gives us the confidence that we can compete and win, because we know that we have the best goalie on the field."
Bohrer appeared in 14 games with 13 starts this season. He posted a 14.69 goals against average, 201 saves, 13.4 saves per game and a 53.2 save percentage. In the USA South, Bohrer led the conference in saves and saves per game, was fifth in save percentage, and 11th in goals against average. Bohrer's 13.4 saves per game ranked 41st in NCAA Division III statistics. He had a career-high 25 saves against Pfeiffer on April 9. Bohrer has 379 career saves.
