LAGRANGE, Ga. – Coming off the best season in the program's young history, LaGrange (0-0, 0-0 USAS) men's lacrosse is set to open its fourth campaign as they host NAIA member Point (0-2, 0-0 AAC) in non-conference action on Wednesday, February 8.
The Panthers went 2-6 in an abbreviated 2020 season and 0-7 in 2021 before going 7-9 last year and 4-5 in the USA South. Both were program records for overall wins and league victories. Point, meanwhile, got their season underway on January 21, falling 26-5 to Webber International and most recently dropped a 25-9 decision at Huntingdon on February 5.
SERIES HISTORY
This will be just the second all-time meeting between LaGrange and Point, the first coming on March 16, 2022. LC would take a 1-0 lead in the all-time series with a commanding 29-5 victory in LaGrange.
