LAGRANGE, Ga. – LaGrange (1-1, 0-0 USA South) men's lacrosse wraps up a mini two-game road trip as they travel to Berry (0-1, 0-0 SAA) in non-conference action on Wednesday, February 15. Faceoff is set for 6 p.m. in Rome, Georgia.
The Panthers come in having dropped a 20-13 decision at Hendrix (2/11) following a season-opening 17-7 win over NAIA member Point (2/8). In those games sophomore attackman Ryan Comeau (Canton, Ga.) registered an impressive seven goals and three assists for 10 points and earned USA South Offensive Player of the Week. The Vikings, meanwhile, opened the season on February 5 when they dropped a 20-6 decision to No. 2 Salisbury in Greensboro, North Carolina.
SERIES HISTORY
The teams have met in each of the past two seasons, with Berry holding a 2-0 advantage. The Vikings posted a dominant 17-1 decision over the second-year program on March 5, 2021 and then pulled out a narrower 13-7 win on February 8, 2022.
