LAGRANGE, Ga. – LaGrange (6-6, 2-2 USA South) men's lacrosse returns home to take on Methodist (3-7, 1-2 USA South) for the second ever meeting between the clubs on Saturday, April 8. Game time has been moved up to 11 a.m. with the game slated to be played at Callaway Stadium instead of Panther Field.
The Panthers enter having won two of their last three games, taking apart Brevard (3/25) by a 23-2 score and taking out Huntingdon (3/29) 17-7. Most recently they dropped a 15-10 decision at Greensboro (4/1). Methodist comes in having lost their last three, those coming to Oneonta (17-12 on 3/14), Piedmont (17-11 on 3/18) and defending USA South Champion Southern Virginia (17-6 on 4/1).
SERIES HISTORY
LaGrange is 1-0 all-time against Methodist, with the only previous meeting coming on April 23, 2022. The Panthers took that meeting by a narrow 15-13 score in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
