LAGRANGE, Ga. – LaGrange (0-11, 0-6 CCS) women's tennis played their second match in as many days and could not keep pace with Covenant (11-7, 5-1 CCS) as they fell 9-0 in an NCAA Division III women's tennis match on Saturday, April 15.
The Panthers managed just one point as CC took all three doubles points, winning 8-0 at No. 1 and No. 3 and 8-1 at the two spot. The Scots would then put the match away over the first two singles matches as they posted a 6-0, 6-0 decision at No. 1 and 6-1, 6-0 at No. 3. The most competitive match of the day would come at No. 6 where freshman Nina Fischer fell 6-1, 6-3 to Dani Rappuhn.
