The sophomore goalie started six games, leading the team in total minutes (240:00), total saves (67) and saves per game (11.2). Bohrer turned away a career-high and program-best 22 shots against Huntingdon on April 25 at Callaway Stadium.
The Fayetteville, Georgia, native made double-digit saves in each of his final three games during the 2021 season. During his sophomore campaign, Bohrer improved dramatically in his rebound control and ability to see shots through traffic.
Bohrer turned aside double-digit shots in 6-of-8 games as a rookie. He stopped a total of 111 shots and averaged 13.9 saves per game during the abbreviated 2020 season. Bohrer denied nine shots during his first collegiate victory in an 18-11 win over Centenary on Feb. 14, 2020, at Callaway Stadium.
During his two years sporting the Red and Black, Bohrer has made 178 saves in 659:24 of action and earned two wins. He has recorded double-digit saves nine times, including 20 or more on three occasions.
