Season awards for the 2010-11 women's basketball team were handed out at the team's banquet.
Sophomore Katie Covington received the team's Most Valuable Player award. Covington was a D3hoops.com third team All-South Region selection and the GSAC Player of the Year. She was a GSAC All-Conference selection for the second year in a row. Covington led the team and the GSAC in scoring, averaging 17.6 points per game. She also led the team in rebounding, averaging 7.9 rebounds per game.
Junior Elizabeth Williams received the team's Total Package Award. Williams earned GSAC All-Academic honors for the second straight year. She averaged 9.0 points per game this past season. Williams led the team and the GSAC in assists, averaging 5.5 per game. She reset her own school season record with 138 assists.
Junior Stefanie Schuck received the Phil Williamson Dedication Award. Schuck played in 24 games with 23 starts and tied for third on the team in scoring, averaging 9.0 points per game. She was third on the team with 45 3-point field goals and led the team with 12 blocked shots.
