The LC women's soccer team is on the road again to face a tough Birmingham-Southern team tomorrow (Sept. 13) at 7:30 p.m.
Matchup-
Last time the two teams met, Birmingham-Southern won 3-0 on Sept. 27, 2022. Currently, BSC is 1-2-2 and are looking to get their first home win of the season tomorrow. Ali Shroeder and Juliet Williams lead their team in points with three apiece. The Panthers are 2-0-2, with their latest game resulting in a dominant 3-0 shutout victory against Sweet Briar.
Key players-
In the last game, Makenzi Maltezo and Kendyl Anderson both assisted each other in scoring a goal. Anderson has two assists and one goal for the season, while Maltezo has two goals and one assist. Kaia King returns to the pitch this game after receiving two yellow cards against Point. She currently has one goal and an assist on the season and looks to turn things up in this tough matchup.
