The women's soccer team competes in the final non-CCS match of the 2023 season this Saturday (Sept. 30) at 2 p.m.
The matchup
The Panthers are 4-4-2 and 2-2 in the CCS for the 2023 season. Junior midfielder Briana Suarez leads the Panthers in points with seven goals and two assists on the season. Warren Wilson is 0-6 in 2023. They have yet to score this season but are looking to change that this weekend against the LaGrange College Panthers.
What to watch for
Even though the Owls are 0-6 with zero points on the year, they are searching for their first win, which makes them very dangerous. Pay attention to how the Panthers come out competing against them. In any sport, if you do not take your competition seriously, you can drop a must-win game.
