This Saturday (Oct. 21), the women's soccer team wil take the northbound road to Kentucky to take on the Bears of Berea at 1 p.m.
The Matchup
The Panthers are 6-6-2 (3-4 CCS) and most recently beat Huntingdon 1-0 (Oct. 18). Briana Suarez continued her impressive 2023 season with the lone goal to beat the Hawks. Suarez leads the team in points with 20 from her nine goals and two assists. The Bears are 2-12-2 (1-5-1 CCS) and are coming off of a 2-0 loss against Piedmont (Oct. 15). Freshman Brianna Solomon leads Berea in points with five off of two goals and one assist. The last time the two teams played, the Panthers won 2-1 in a tight match (Oct. 15, 2022).
