DECATUR, Ga. - Alison Jiles hit two home runs, while Olivia Wolfe hit a home run and pitched a two-hitter to power LaGrange to a 6-0 and 12-1 sweep of Agnes Scott on Wednesday.
The wins upped the Panthers to 16-6 on the season, while the Scotties dropped to 10-12.
The home runs gave Jiles six on the season, which leads the team and the USA South. She drove in four runs to give her a team-leading 22 RBIs.
Wolfe threw a complete game in the first game, limiting the Scotties to the two hits in raising her record to 8-3. She did not walk a batter and struck out five.

In the first game, Beshel led off the fourth inning with her home run for 1-0 lead. Jiles' lead off home run started a three-run sixth inning. Beshel drove in the final two runs with a double in the seventh for the 6-0 final margin.
In the second game, Wolfe gave Kara Patterson (3-0) all the runs she would need with a three-run home run in the first inning. It was the fourth home run of the season for Wolfe.
Patterson pitched all five innings, as the game was called on the 8-run mercy rule. She also allowed only two hits, the one run, walked one and struck out three.
Wolfe drove in her fourth run of the game with a single in the second. Jiles' second home run of the night, a three-run shot in the third inning, put the Panthers up 7-0.
