LIVINGSTON, Ala. - Division II West Alabama downed LaGrange 91-49 in a non-conference game Tuesday. The Panthers are 4-3 on the season, with two of the losses against Division II opponents.
Senior Kyle Brown and sophomore Cooper Dolhancyk led LC with 12 points each. Bershard Edwards added nine points, while Zac Hill and Camrin Lyons had six points each.
West Alabama (4-1) never trailed in the game. The Tigers led 47-18 at halftime and finished the game shooting 56.7% from the floor. Kortrijk Miles led all scorers with 30 points.
The Panthers shot 52% second half, after being held to 32% in the first half. Brown and Gabe Cofield had four rebounds each, while Dolhancyk and Edwards had three assists each.
The Panthers play at Emory on Wednesday, Dec. 1. The Eagles are ranked 13th in the D3hoops.com Top 25 preseason poll.
