This Saturday (Oct. 21), LC heads to Covenant to face the Scots at 12 p.m. and the Lions of Piedmont at 2 p.m. in a weekend tri-match
The teams
The Panthers are 3-15 (2-9 CCS) and are coming off of a 1-1 tri-match weekend in Kentucky. LC won their first game 3-1 against Wesleyan but lost their second match 3-0 to Berea. The Scots of Covenant are 21-1 (11-0 CCS) and most recently won 3-0 against Agnes Scott College (Oct. 14). The Piedmont Lions are 12-11 (9-3 CCS) and just beat Agnes Scott College 3-0 (Oct. 18). Last time the Panthers faced these to tough competitors, they lost both matches 3-0 (Sept. 30, 2023).
