The Panthers finished 2015 with a 25-16 record, won their first USA South Tournament championship, and made their fourth NCAA Division III national tournament appearance.
Coach Jennifer Claybrook, starting her 14th year, welcomes back 18 returners and adds 16 newcomers for the 2016 season.

The softball regular season gets underway Saturday, Feb. 6 as Maryville travels to Birmingham Southern. The Panthers open their season, Thursday, Feb. 18 at Judson (Ala.).
The 2016 USA South Softball Tournament will be played April 15-17 at the Rocky Mount Sports Complex as a part of the USA South Spring Sports Festival in Rocky Mount, N.C.
