Junior women's basketball guard Gracie Brunel is the LaGrange College Athlete of the Week for the week ending Nov. 7.
Brunel tied career-highs of 22 points, four made 3-pointers and four steals in an 80-72 season-opening win over Oglethorpe Saturday during the USA South/SAA Classic at Piedmont University. In a 50-41 setback to Berry Sunday in Demorest, Georgia, she recorded a team-high 13 points and a personal-record five steals.
