Freshman football quarterback Tyler Coleman is the LaGrange College Athlete of the Week for the week ending Sept. 12. Coleman was also named the USA South Offensive Rookie of the Week.
Coleman entered the Panthers' game against Berry in the fourth quarter. He was 8-for-12 passing for 166 yards and had TD passes of 40 and 65 yards in the 34-21 loss to the Vikings. Coleman punted nine times in the game for a 33.4 yards per punt average. He had a season-long punt of 44 yards.
