Josh Remy enters his first year at LaGrange College as an athletic trainer. Josh grew up in Columbus, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in athletic training. After finishing his degree, he worked for the Cleveland Browns for a year before deciding to continue his education at Columbus State University. There he earned his Master’s degree in exercise science. While at Columbus State, he quickly rose up the ranks from graduate assistant to Director of both the Sports Medicine and Strength & Conditioning Departments. After having his daughter in the spring of 2018, he decided to transition into the industrial athletic training setting to gain a more balanced schedule. Now that she is older, he is ready to get back to his passion, which is collegiate athletics.
