Terlynn Olds is the Director of Athletics and Recreation. She assumed her duties on June 1, 2021. Olds enters her second year at LaGrange College in 2022-23.
Olds comes to LaGrange after working as the executive senior associate director of athletics and senior woman administrator at the University of Alaska Fairbanks.
"Terlynn has extensive leadership and management experience in intercollegiate athletics programs at the NCAA Division I and III levels," said Dr. Susanna Baxter. "She has high energy and a passion for excellence, and she is committed to helping the college in our quest to be a student-centered campus with successful athletics and vibrant recreational programs."
Olds also has served as the deputy athletics director at Grambling State University and the senior associate for internal and business operations at Chicago State University. She was the director of athletics at Chatham University and associate athletics director at Spelman College.
Her experience includes four terms as a head women's basketball coach. A member of several professional organizations, she has participated in numerous executive leadership programs sponsored by the NCAA. Olds also has served on key campus committees, as well as several athletic conference committees during her tenure in college athletics.

Olds holds a bachelor's degree in sports business from Saint Leo (Florida) University, a master's in science of sports coaching from United States Sports Academy and a master's in criminal justice from Saint Leo.
