It's launch day for the Collegiate Conference of the South (CCS) website.
Partnering with SIDEARM Sports, the CCS website (collegiateconferenceofthesouth.com) went live on Wednesday afternoon.
The new conference includes LaGrange College, Agnes Scott College, Belhaven University, Berea College, Covenant College, Huntingdon College, Maryville College, Piedmont University and Wesleyan College.
LaGrange College will remain in the USA South for football and men's lacrosse, while the remaining varsity teams will be in the CCS for the 2022-2023 school year.
The website will provide vital information on everything that's going on with the Collegiate Conference of the South.
"We're thrilled with our new site," said Jacob VanRyn, the Associate Commissioner of the CCS. "We're excited to launch our official conference hub in conjunction with our friends at SIDEARM Sports, who have been tremendous to work with throughout the process. I'd also like to thank our CCS Website Review Committee for all their hard work in leading us to today's website release."
The website committee along with VanRyn worked extensively with the designers and project managers at SIDEARM Sports on the design over the past few months.
"We realize that our conference's website will serve as our first point of contact with a mother, a brother, a student-athlete, an alumnus, a fan, or even a potential student-athlete, and we wanted to make sure that our site reflects our continued commitment to a first-class experience that we are focused on providing here at the CCS," said VanRyn, who will be the primary manager for the website. "We'll use our site not only to tell the stories of our conference's outstanding student-athletes and their successes both on and off the field, but also to share stories and provide more information about each of our conference's members."
