Lynn Binnix is so much more than just a bus driver to the Panther family.
For the last seven years, she has delivered our LaGrange College student-athletes safe to and from away games.
"What I love about LaGrange College Athletics is meeting new people," said Binnix. "I enjoy watching the athletes compete and interacting with the students, staff, trainers and coaches. Even though some coaches have superstitions."
Binnix was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2015, but showed incredible strength and has been cancer-free for six years. She was honored in Richter Gymnasium prior to LC's volleyball match against Huntingdon on Oct. 27.
"Lynn is such a vital piece of our Panther family because she is always nice and caring to our student-athletes on every road trip," said LaGrange College Cross Country and Women's Basketball Head Coach Jasen Jonus. "She is always cheering our team on and wants us to be successful in every way. We all love Lynn."
